Your right to exchange and return

The law stipulates that you can return orders from online stores within 14 days. But we go beyond that: we believe that our products are so great that we want to give you the opportunity to check at your leisure whether you like an item. You therefore have a whole month to return an order or parts of it.

In addition, we will cover all costs for the return shipment if you use the DHL label provided by us for this purpose, the return shipment is made from Germany and you use our return form linked below.

Incidentally, we process returns in the same express speed as orders: once we have received a return, you can expect a response within 2 working days and if there are no queries, we will then send the replacement goods or order a refund.
