Stan Lee collectible figure
"I used to be embarrassed because I was just a comic book writer while other people were building bridges or going on to medical careers. And then I began to realize: Entertainment is one of the most important things in people's lives. Without it, they might go off the deep end. "

If you love comics and superheroes, you can't get past Stan Lee, because he is practically the creator of an entire superhero universe. After becoming the youngest editor in comics in 1939 at the age of 17, his career took off. Not only did he create most of the Marvel superheroes we know today, he was also involved in the film adaptations until his death in 2018. It was not for nothing that he was inducted into the Science Fiction and Fantasy Hall of Fame and received a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame.

His greatest legacy, however, is the reinvention of the superhero genre. On the advice of his wife, he began to design superheroes not as infallible superhumans, but as characters with rough edges. In addition to their superpowers, they had normal problems and weaknesses. This made them real identification figures for readers and made the superhero genre really successful again.

The Iron Studios Mini Co. Stan Lee collectible figure is therefore a must-have for any comic fan's collector's shelf. The 14 cm tall figure made of PVC looks just like the comic author, from the cheeky grin under the gray moustache to the iconic glasses. The producer's chair on which he sits bears Stan Lee's signature and the platform bears his motto "Excelsior!", which he used at every available opportunity.

Although the author feels most at home among the heroes he has created, any nerdy or geeky household is fine with him.

"Being a geek has become a badge of honor."
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0684/8793/8316/files/productImage-20038-iron-studios-mini-co-stan-lee-sammelfigur.jpg?v=1749636389
